For best results, defrost slowly in refrigerator prior to cooking, pre heat oven to 190C/375F and then bake for 20-25 minutes. (or when golden brown and crispy on top)
From frozen, pre heat oven to 190C/375F and bake for 35-45 minutes (large variance depending on quality of oven).
Warning; DO NOT microwave, tin foil container is non microwaveable.
If no oven available, microwave is possible if you remove lasagna from tin foil container, this can be done with a gentle and quick heating of the tin in boiled water, for approximatly 15 seconds, after which the lasagna will part easily. Place lasagna on plate and proceed to microwave on medium power for 6-8 minutes. (Best results not obtained in this fashion as lasagna will appear flat, with juices escaping, and on your plate rather than inside the lasagna.)
