Frozen; Our torpedo freezes well, a simple slow defrosting by leaving the bread out for approximatly 30 minutes- 1 hour will yield a good product. (do not remove from packaging or it will dry out)
from fresh/defrosted; baking our morning roll prior to eating gives it a deliciously crispy exterior, whilst soft and fluffy inside.
Preheat oven to 190C/375F and bake for 3 minutes.
