We have been having problems with the site since the new year. Its crashed twice in a week for 2 days each time. The hosting provider Godaddy just wants to sell me premium help services so we reloaded the site and reduced all extras to take off load from the site and are preparing to move to another service provider if it continues. Have loaded cart twice over last few days, go to payment and cart empties after spending time loading.
