Description
Is a long sausage without skin, made of very thinly minced pork and chicken meat.
We add our own secret house-mix of spices to give this king of snacks its delicate Frikandel taste.
Size: diameter 28-30 mm, 17 – 20 cm long, about 100g weight
Packaging unit: 400g = 4 pieces
Deep fry in frozen condition for 4.5 min. at 170°C
After deep-frying, cut the Frikandel open, lengthwise. Don’t cut it in half, keep the lower part whole. Fill the opening with a layer of mayonnaise, then ketchup, and top this off with a generous serving of finely chopped onions.
Storage conditions:
* Store in freezer below > -18°C
* unopened packaging can be kept for at least 60 days
* Consume within 3 days after opening the packaging
