Ready to eat, pre cooked, microwaveable chicken Kiev. (Garlic butter and parsley encased in chopped chicken breast and breaded.
For best results,
Oven bake at 200 c 30-35 mins from frozen or 15 mins from defrosted.
Microwave from frozen for 4 minutes on full power and then deep fry at 16 c for 3 minutes, or defrost and prior and simply deep fry for 4 minutes at 160 c.
No artificial preservatives or coloring, no added trans fats.
