Homemade fish cakes by Chef’s Kitchen.

These fish cakes are made using a minimum of 33% fish fillet, only pink meat used, no belly or fatty meat. The salmon meat is then mixed with mashed potato with dill, parsley and a selection of mild spiced added to the seasoning to make these moreish!
