Tikka Massala


Britains most popular restaurant dish. made with a blend of 22 ingredients.

Chicken tikka masala is one of the most popular British restaurant dishes. It’s a mild to medium heat dish, made with marinated chicken breast, tomotoes, onions, yougurt and real cream with a blend of many spices and herbs for an intense flavour.

Best eaten with an accompaniment of naan. Traditionally served with naan and/or rice.

Cooking Instructions

Saucepan and direct heat
For best results, defrost slowly in refrigerator prior to cooking and cook in a saucepan on medium heat for approximatly 3 minutes. (To prevent sauce from drying out too much, add 2 tbsp of water prior to heating, stir frequently and cook down to desired consistency).

From frozen. Place in a pan of boiling water on low to medium heat with the lid loosely attatched. Do not exceed 1/2 the height of container. Heat for approximatly 10-12 minutes, removing lid to stir frequently every 1-2 minutes. (Add water to attain desired consistency after cooking).

: Remove lid and replace loosely. microwave for 3-4 minutes stirring frequently.
Frozen: microwave for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently.

Quick cook method from frozen
microwave for 3-4 minutes, remove and replace contents of container to saucepan, carefully aid the breakdown of ice into smaller chunks and add 2 tbsp of water. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently and cook down to desired consistency.
