Try this luxurious wagyu Chuck (neck) roll. Being from around the neck region, this cut is inherently tougher than some other cuts. This piece of meat is best leant towards braising for long periods of time in the oven or as a pot roast/stew/Ragu.
This cut is a very high grade with exceptional marbling of fat and the glorious taste that comes with Wagyu beef.
