Chorizo, quality cured pork paprika and garlic smoked chorizo sausages. Made more to the style of the mexican chorizo (as opposed to the spanish) which is a fresh version of the well known sausage. leaner than your average sausage.
To improve your sausage experience, we have taken out the gristle by hand before grinding the sausage mix.
